Meet Bethany, Your Yoga Guide

I’m Bethany, a Parker-based yoga teacher who blends functional movement, gentle stillness, and healing sound to support your whole self. I’ve completed over 500 hours of training in Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Yoga Nidra, and I’m committed to ongoing study so I can offer practices that are both effective and nurturing. My classes are warm, welcoming, and accessible for all bodies and experience levels. I teach in a trauma-informed way, offer clear options and modifications, and invite you to move at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating stress, rebuilding after injury, or simply looking for a steady place to land, you’re invited to come as you are. Together, we’ll explore grounding breath, mindful movement, and restorative rest so you can leave feeling more centered, supported, and at home in yourself.
